Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises.
All foreign nationals are required to present their original passport along with a valid visa upon arrival for verification.
Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
In the event of an unpaid reservation, kindly contact the property within 24 hours of creating your booking to complete a 100% pre-payment. Failure to do so will result in an irreversible cancellation of your booking from our end.
Right to admission reserved.
The standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.
Group of more than 8 people are not allowed. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
Hyderabad bus stand (8 km): ~INR 450-550 for a taxi to Zostel Hyderabad.Secundrabad railway station (15 km, 50 min): ~INR 400-470 for a taxi to Zostel Hyderabad.Hyderabad airport (37 km, 1 hr): ~INR 750-850 for a taxi to Zostel Hyderabad.
The hotel only accepts a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
The onsite café is temporarily non-operational until further notice.
The property does not provide luggage assistance or room services.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
