The villas are absolutely gorgeous and we would highly recommend staying at one if you can . This has been our first time traveling to Bali and it will not be our last. Kamarnya luas, pemandangannya indah, suasananya tenang dengan suara burung dan alam. Resepsionis sangat ramah dan responsif dalam membantu tamu. Kekurangannya adalah kamarnya berbau lembab, sempat mati lampu lama karena ada masalah teknis. Meskipun stafnya cukup ramah, namun tidak konsisten dengan semua staf (masih terasa agak berbeda antara tamu asing dan tamu lokal). Bagian penerima tamu untuk sarapan dan security perlu diperbaiki.

Hotel resort ini benar-benar luar biasa. Fasilitas, kebersihan kamar, suasana hotel dengan view hutan dan kolam renang infinity dengan pemandangan hutan. Yang terbaik, keramahan di resor ini. Semua staf tidak pernah melupakan salam saat berpapasan dan mereka terlihat tulus dan sepenuh hati ketika melakukannya sehingga kamipun para tamu yang menginap merasa sangat nyaman dan disambut dengan baik. Saya, suami, dan anak-anak sangat betah di hotel ini, tadinya hanya ambil 1 malam karena ingin ke Bali safari. Akhirnya kami memutuskan utk extend 1 malam lagi sebelum pindah ke Jimbaran, dimana di Jimbaran saya mengincar kolam renang dengan slide. Kelebihan menginap di Adiwana Arkara: Hospitalitynya juara, Kamarnya luas dan super bersih, kamar mandinya pun luas dengan bathtub dan shower terpisah. Dalam kamar mandi disediakan bubble dan garam untuk berendam (keren banget buat bersantai, sambil melihat pemandangan alam) Infinity Pool with view Di sewakan floaty flamingo as shown on picture dengan harga yang terjangkau 50 k Saat sarapan, stafnya dengan baik hati menawari anak-anak extra roti dengan selai tanpa dikenai biaya. Mereka sangat ramah dengan anak-anakku. Lokasinya tidak jauh dari pusat Ubud. Tidak terlalu luas, tenang, menyenangkan dan cocok untuk "healing". Menginap di kamar suite dengan kolam renang pribadi Bima. Jalan kaki dari lobby ke kamar cukup jauh, 3- 4 menit. Sayang sekali tidak ada mobil buggy. Kru ramah dan membantu. Kamar dan kamar mandi cukup luas.

Relaxing resort a few minutes away from Ubud town centre, away from the traffic of Ubud. Amazing retreat, the whole resort is amazing and the staff, are even better. From check in to check out, everyone smiles, knows your name and can’t do enough to make sure you are comfortable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a pool, it was huge and had everything you could need. The resort has 2 other infinity pools with great views across Ubud. Breakfast is at the main restaurant and has great variety for the everyone, meat and veg options. We had a lovely dinner at the main restaurant and also had dinner at their BBQ evening on the rooftop restaurant, amazing views from there. They operate a regular shuttle to and from Ubud town centre. My children and I loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Ubud. Thank you to everyone at the resort for your great hospitality, we were sad to leave.

Saya sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini. Tempatnya bagus. Fasilitasnya juga bagus. Makanannya enak. Kamar dan suasana untuk bersantai sangat direkomendasikan. Orang-orangnya ramah. Tanggal check-in tertulis jam 2 siang. Saya datang terlambat jam 3 pagi dan berharap cepat check-in, tetapi harus menunggu satu jam karena kamar terbatas dan sesi tinggi. Selama seharian saya sangat lelah berkeliling Ubud dan harapan saya untuk beristirahat dan melihat tempat lain di Ubud menjadi gagal karena hujan turun setelah masuk. Saya berharap jika ada keterlambatan seperti ini dapat dikoordinasi dengan baik dan diberitahu berapa lama kamar tersedia. Dari sini Saya belajar bahwa saya harus mengantisipasi dengan menanyakan kamar melalui telepon apakah kamar sudah siap, sehingga tidak perlu menunggu terlalu lama.
