I had another wonderful stay at this boutique hotel, and I highly recommend it. The room was spotless, with a clean bedroom and bathroom, an air purifier, and a Smart TV with the channels I enjoy watching at home. One feature I really appreciate is the medium-sized refrigerator. It's much more practical than the tiny mini fridges or cool boxes found in many hotels—even some 5-star hotels can't beat it! It was spacious enough to keep my drinks, snacks, and other items properly chilled. Everything was comfortable and well maintained, making me feel relaxed throughout my stay. The breakfast was good. What impressed me the most was the excellent service. The front desk team: Ms. Jessica, Mr. Gio, and another lovely lady with glasses (I'm so sorry I forgot your name, but I definitely remember your warm and pleasant smile were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The bellboy and housekeeping staff also did a great job and were always courteous. The hotel's location is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Another big plus is that the entire property is smoke-free, which I really appreciate. Although the swimming pool is not very large, it is beautiful and enjoyable. My favorite feature is the laundry room. After swimming, I can wash and dry my clothes right away, which means I don't need to pack too many clothes, especially when I decide to extend my stay. 😁 There are plenty of options within walking distance. I can enjoy street food, local food stalls, or simply have a meal at N*** Tempong, which is located in the hotel There are also shopping malls, cafés, and restaurants nearby, offering everything from budget-friendly meals to high-end dining and entertainment. Although I usually travel solo, I can confidently say this hotel is also an excellent choice for families. During my stay, I saw many children happily enjoying the kids' pool and participating in activities at the rooftop play area, which includes a playground and trampoline. It's great to see that As a solo traveler (or when I'm traveling with friends), I especially appreciate the hotel's peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. At the same time, it's clear that this hotel is also a great choice for families. During my stay, I saw many children having fun in the kids' pool and enjoying the rooftop play area with its playground and trampoline. It's nice to see a hotel that caters so well to different types of travelers, whether you're visiting alone, with friends, or with your family.
