Luar biasa... penginapannya nyaman bgt, bersihhhh... dengan konsep tropical, bikin liburan makin menyenangkan. sarapannya enak luar biasa. Staffnya ramah2. Kalau ke kuta lombok lagi, pasti nongkrong di Bamba

I remained in the female dormitory. The capsules are extremely comfortable, with a comfortable mattress, pillow, and a wonderful blanket. The capsule has a light, an electrical outlet, usb ports, and a building adaptor. When you check out, a locker with a key and a towel are provided. It felt very safe because there was an access code for entering the dormitory. Large bathroom with showers, toilets, sinks, and a cramped changing area. Lots of racks inside and out for hanging towels or wet bathing suits. The bathroom was always spotless. Great outdoor lounge areas with comfy couches, electrical outlets, and a water refill station. On a modest lawn, there is a pool and some lounge chairs. There is a restaurant on site that offers the included breakfast as well as lunch, dinner, juice, coffee, tea, and beverages. In the evenings, this is the place to be. Surf boards can be stored near the front desk. It was quick and simple to check out and check out. The entire staff is really friendly and can assist you with bookings, rentals, and airport transfers. My only complaint is that nightly music is set up just outside the female dormitory. Although it did create a great atmosphere for relaxation and chatting, it isn't great if you have an early morning

I would repeat this experience. The hotel is quite new, and you can see this. We stayed in one of the three double rooms on the top floor, the room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant and pool area are great places to meet new people. The staff is very nice and helpful, they are what makes the difference!

The location itself is really nice, very beautiful, and cozy. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious enough. Staff members are always willing to help you with whatever you need. Bad sides: No wifi in the room, just in the lobby and breakfast is very bad. The rest was pretty good.

It's difficult to find transportation in Kota. This hotel's location is on Kota's main street, allowing for easy and convenient access to eat and shop. However, the room was occupied when I was there. Fortunately, you can rent a capsule room for a reasonable price so you can have privacy with your family. Still, you must share your bathroom.

tempat bagus buat backpacker. modelnya kapsul satu ruanganan ada 6 kamar. dibawah ada lemari kecil untuk penyimpanan barang2. didalam.kapsul ada gantungan baju colokan buat ngecas HP dan ada lampu penerangan masing2 kapsul. untuk AC ada 1.buat rame rame. kamar mandi gabung ada 2 kamar (+/- 12org) kamar mandi yg disediakan 4. 2 untuk buang air. 2 lagi buat mandi. untuk closet air yg disediakan sedikit sekali. untuk org indonesia kurang cocok kalo kamar mandinya dibuat seperti kamar mandi bule. air dikit. selebihnya pakai tissue. tempat sholat tidak tersedia. jadi numpang di mushola karyawan hotel. untuk wudhu juga susah krn model krannya shower tidak disediakan kran kecil untuk wudhu. untuk sarapan pagi pengalaman buruk sy. nunggu dr jam 06.00 pagi baru dapat makan jam 09.30 itupun petugasnya kelupaan kalo tidak sy tegor. jam 07.00 pagi petugas baru siap2 buat makanan. dan pelayanan tidak berurutan tidak diatur dengan rapi. yg dtg belakangan malah di dulukan. yg dr pagi. minuman blm dikasih dan makanan juga blm dikasih. mohon diatur kembali. apakah pakai sistem voucher atau diantar tiap kamar. untuk menu sarapannya. biar yg udah lama nunggu gak kelewat seperti pengalaman sy kemarin. sampai 3 kali pesan. gak diantar2. kalo g sy komplen ga dianterin minuman sama makanannya. untuk temen yg beli makanan diluar yg free. lebih baik tanya harga dulu. untuk tempat bagus banget . harga untuk hari2 biasa termasuk murah. saran untuk pengelola hotel. untuk org yg udah tua minta tlg kamarnya ditaruhnya dibawah. jgn diatas. sy yg udah umur 40 th. harus manjat2 keatas.
