I am very happy to stay at this hotel. I received a lot of lucky star hotel. I am satisfied with the room. Berseh, neat fragrant. Po is polite to all the staff. What we are in the room is shared. Anyway, i am very happy to stay here. See you again. For all friends, try to stay here. Once again, i said, receive a lot of kaseh.

Dont believe the 5star hypnotic. I recently returned from a 10night stay at the townhouse oak batam, and i feel compelled to write an honest review because the 5star ratings you see are seriously deceptive. This is definitely not a 5star experience, and i want to give future guests a realistic picture of what to expect. What actually worked well Despite my frustrations, there were some really good aspects of my stay. The staff was consistently helpful throughout my visit, they were always willing to help when i had questions or problems, which i greatly appreciated. The room itself had more space than other places i had stayed in batam, which was a relief after my previous cramped accommodation. The room had two windows, which made a huge difference in airflow and natural light, making the room feel less cramped. I was fortunate enough to secure a room on the 5th floor, and the view was quite beautiful. The shower was my biggest complaint, there was no hot water most days, and it was definitely dirty. To make matters worse, the shower head desperately needs to be replaced. It was clearly outdated and didnt provide proper water pressure. The dust situation was also bad, the walls were covered in dust, which again triggered my breathing problems. Its like they do a quick surface clean, but if you need to work or stream anything, this place will make you feel disappointed. My honest take note, i stayed for 10 nights, so it wasnt completely unbearable, but those 5star reviews are too much trouble to overlook. This feels more like a 2star hotel trying to overachieve. The location near grand batam mall is convenient, and the staff do their best, but the basic maintenance and cleanliness are too important to overlook. If you are looking for a budget option and can live with the issues i mentioned, this may be suitable for a short stay. However, if you expect anything close to the experience those 5star reviews suggest, you will be disappointed. One more thing, i was surprised to find that smoking and vaping were allowed in certain areas of the hotel. Coming from places where hotels and restaurants are completely smokefree, this was quite unpleasant. The smell persisted in the common areas, which didnt help with my breathing problems.

Hotel ini terlihat lebih seperti bangunan tua yang kurang dana dan kotor daripada hotel. Stafnya luar biasa, tetapi kondisi kamar dan hotel sangat buruk. Semuanya kotor, bahkan tidak ada penyedot debu untuk membersihkan lantai. Tidak ada pengering rambut di seluruh hotel.
