Vintage touch. Parking cleanliness is very good. Expert and warm staff. Transit hotel. Bersih, lokasi a**** jalan utama, kemana mana sat set.

Saya menginap bersama 5 orang teman, dari pengalaman awal yang luar biasa cukup menarik menjadi pengalaman buruk yang cukup mengecewakan. Soal hotel dan fasilitas, ok lah, ga jelek2 amat. Tapi soal pelayana karyawan nya yg cukup mengecewakan, terutama soal barang ketinggalan di lobby, apalagi makanan. Bisa2nya pura2 gatau dan ga ada. Begitu ditanya soal cctv disuru buka, langsung meluncur org yg diduga melakukan tindakan yg diluar akal mengembalikan barang itu, ditambah packaging dibuka2. Untuk karyawan lain seh ok, ga ada masalah. Tolong diperbaiki attitude nya, ditambah ga ada ucapan maaf dari karyawan itu. Payah bener.Popular Facilities
