This place has a great location, just off the center on a quiet street. The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. The air conditioning works well and the shower is hot.

The owner is kind, helpful, and can speak English well. The place was very clean, functional, good wifi, good air conditioning and walking distance minutes to the beach and restaurants, can also store my luggage after check out. Recommended!.

We will definitely stay again, mades warung is a 5minute walk away. Its a really nice quiet homestay. Everything is close enough to walk or ride a bike. Ketut and his family made us feel very welcome.

Lokasi hotel bagus dan bersih. Harganya terjangkau hanya untuk sekedar istirahat. Mohon hati-hati saat mengendarai sepeda motor, takutnya anjing tetangga saya berlari masuk dan mengikuti saya. Tidak ada kulkas dan teko kopi.

We stayed here for 5 nights and extended our stay for 2 more nights. A lovely and welcoming family. We had a few interesting conversations with the owner and her daughters. We would love to come back.

The family is very welcoming and helpful. The room and toilet are spacious, comfortable and very clean. It takes around 10 minutes to get to the beach. There are many restaurants in the area. If i come back to seminyak, i will definitely come back!.

Kami sangat menyukai malam kami di tempat ini. Pemiliknya cantik dan tempatnya luar biasa. Lokasinya sangat strategis, 5 menit dari pantai namun berada di jalan yang tenang. Kamarnya sangat menyenangkan, nyaman, bersih dan indah. Itu sempurna dan tidak terlalu mahal. Saya merekomendasikannya.

The accommodation is lovely, spotless, and cozy. The proprietor is helpful and kind. The bed is cozy, the air conditioning in the room is good, and the linens are spotless. The quality of sleep was excellent. There is no amenities or safe in the room. The secondfloor rooms are upstairs. The location is convenient for accessing cafes, etc. The beach is a 15 to 20minute walk away. I suggest this place to budget travelers, you will enjoy it here.

I highly recommend this place! The owners were friendly, helpful, and spoke good english. The place was very clean, had a working tv, great wifi, good air conditioning, and a walking distance of 10 minutes to the beach and 1-2 minutes to restaurants. I could also store my luggage after checkout.

It's a really wonderful quiet homestay. Everything is close enough to walk or ride a bike. We were kept and the family made us feel more than welcome. We will definitely stay again, it's just a 5 minute walk away.

Strategic location, close to the airport, walking distance to the beach with tons of markets/ cafes/ restaurants along the way. Not noisy at all because the building is not facing the main street directly. The room itself is spacious and clean. There’s no toiletries, but there’s a market right in front of the building to buy them. It’s owned by a family who is friendly and helpful but there’s not really a 24hr front desk. But overall it’s a nice place to stay, would go back

The rooms are very nice, in a beautiful setting with a large porch. The beds are also very big. We arrived hot and sweaty after a long walk with our bags and the host quickly fetched us a cold bottle of water each which was very appreciated.
