Unique experience at what is surely a unique resort. I wasn't sure what to expect at a resort which is catering to divers and yoga enthusiasts but I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the staff and owners of the resort were. We were very well looked after and the service was excellent. The owners of the property check in with the guests directly and are very open to feedback and suggestions as well as provide tips and suggestions for tourists while on Penida island. The space offers a good balance between quiet areas and common areas. The villa style accommodation is beautiful and comfortable; the property is well maintained. The view from the pool is lovely and the Yoga space and class is a worth a try. Giselle (one of the yoga instructors) is a wonderful instructor. The food options at the on prem restaurant are great (including many vegetarian options). Once on site, once can stay in and spend time at the resort without really needing to leave unless you're leaving for sight seeing. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this space for a stay while in Nusa Penida.

Deep Roots always makes us feel amazing, you can easily feel their staff serving with warmth and trying to meet your needs during your stay. They provide a variety of classic day trips in nusa penida which my parents loved enough to try each tour every day. Their restaurant serves delicious food and drinks! If they add a daily menu in the future, it will be perfect for gourmets. I have my ssi ow course at their dive center, which is wellequipped and high quality. Their instructor and staff are very kind and patient, i even consider returning there to take my ssi aa course in mola season.

I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a transformative and rejuvenating retreat. I was fortunate to stay at the deep roots dive and yoga resort, and i must say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine smile from the staff. The service was simply amazing, and i felt welcomed and valued throughout my entire stay. The yoga class was excellent, and the instructor was not only knowledgeable but also attentive. She helped me improve my practice and provided me with personalized guidance, which significantly improved my experience. Another highlight of my stay was the food. Every dish was expertly prepared and prepared with fresh, local ingredients that were bursting with flavor. I wish i had the time to try the cooking class they offer. And lets not forget the diving! As a firsttime diver, the team at deep roots dive and yoga resort made me feel safe and confident throughout the entire experience. The underwater world is truly magical, and i saw things i never imagined i would see in my life. Overall, i had a fantastic time at deep roots dive and yoga resort. The combination of exceptional service, yoga classes, delicious food, breathtaking views, and an unforgettable diving experience made it a truly exceptional place. Five stars and more! The place is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and nice! I stayed on the island for 4 weeks and went to the place for yoga at least once a day, often twice a day. The place where you do yoga is in a great location, very quiet, you can hear birds and have an amazing view of the ocean and green forest. I enjoyed yoga practice and meditation with Jen and Guiselle so much! Thank you, guys!.

The hotel is immaculate, the swimming pool is immaculate, and the water temperature is ideal. The cuisine is excellent, with a focus on both western and indonesian cuisine. Breakfast is available before 11 a. M. The hotel has a diving school where you can practice diving. Including openwater diving training in the sea and swimming pool diving instruction. The first day, my son spent an hour swimming in the pool, and the following day, he went on two open water dives in the ocean. From fear and worry to dare explore and fall in love with diving. The hotel owner is a white man from south africa, and the proprietress is a chineseman and singaporean. German is the diving clubs director. Their staff is extremely rigorous, and their service management is also excellent. The waiter will always smile at the visitors in the center. In the middle, there was a brief incident. We discovered that our passports and wallet had been left in the hotel safe when we left panida island and arrived in bali. After contacting the hotel owner, we discovered it, and they assisted us in contacting other chinese guests who planned to leave the island that day. They assisted us in bringing our passports and wallets to Bali. I appreciate them very much.

This hotel has been one of our favorite hotels ever! This place has a magical atmosphere. The only drawback is that we had to leave. The service is excellent. The food is of restaurant quality, and we would travel just to eat here. The room is lovely and clean. The staff pays great attention to detail, and they even provide small snacks that are thoughtfully prepared throughout the day. The diving center staff are among the best weve ever encountered. I would highly recommend snorkeling with them.

We had a wonderful 5 days at deep roots, which truly lives up to the barefoot luxury label with one of the most luxurious yet laidback and relaxing experiences weve ever had. And a big thank you to owners louisa and david and their team for their warm hospitality! The location was perfect for us, away from the main strip along the beach and surrounded by greenery, with amazing views of mount agung on bali. The grounds are also beautiful, built across several levels, and i especially love the infinity pool that flows to a garden below. The grounds are really spacious for the number of guests, so there is plenty of space whether in the restaurant, by the pool, or by the gardens below the pool. For those looking for that, there are many photoperfect photoperfect photoperfect photos! The facilities include a fullservice restaurant serving excellent food, both local and international options, as well as excellent cocktails. There was a large pool with a deep section for diving instruction where we did our refresher dive. The dive center is spacious, wellorganized, and equipped with modern equipment. Even with 5 days, we didnt have time to try all the services offered. Our package included an excellent cooking course for a local dish with the inhouse chef - first time we tried making a rempah local spice paste for the dish! The massages were excellent i was very fussy, but the therapists were very welltrained and could use a lot of pressure, which we liked. Yoga classes are included as part of your stay, and we would love to try them again the next time we visit. With so many highlights, one of the most memorable things was the amazing hospitality and level of care we received from the team. Every member of the deep roots team was genuinely warm and friendly, and the attention to each guest is truly unmatched for a luxury resort, with only ten villas. We met so many members of the team, including dian who welcomed us at the pier and helped arrange for ferries, massages, and other logistics. I strongly advise you to dive with them if you visit nusa penida. It was an incredible experience at deep roots dive centre! Everyone, especially our dive master, heski, was very friendly and professional. We felt very safe having him participating in our enjoyable dives. My partner and i hadnt dived in a while, so they recommended a refresher at their pool (which is a great idea if you havent dived in the last 6 months) to recall everything and prepare for the open sea. Over two days, we visited manta point, crystal bay, and tako pakeh, where we encountered manta rays, mola molas, and a bamboo shark! Not to mention the colorful reefs and a wide variety of fish. Sorry, we didnt bring our underwater camera, but we will be back!

We were very happy to have spent 5 nights at this resort! The place was spacious, new, quiet, and clean, with breathtaking views of mount agung and the sea. The staff were very friendly and genuinely cared about improving our vacation experience at all times. It was so cozy that we didnt feel the need to go out, although there were many options. Hope to return in the near future!.

I cant wait to return and try it! A tiny piece of heaven on earth. Magnificent, lush, green, soothing, and immaculate. The personnel are incredibly considerate and polite. A little extra for snorkeling and diving. A team that is extremely competent, kind, and warm, gives you confidence when diving for the first time, and has excellent material. Excellent value for the money. Ive snorkeled and dived elsewhere, and i can honestly say that they are the best. There is room for review and the caliber of the massages, but there is nothing to say.
