Hotelnya lumayan bagus untuk pemandangan. Hanya untuk perawatan seperti kurang dirawat. Untuk sarapan saya ke resto jam stgh 9 dan hanya tersisa aqua gelas, ayam 3 potong, tahu 2 potong dan kuah lontong sayur(tanpa lontong), nasi putih. sehingga harus minta ini itu untuk di refil. lorong terlalu berisik, banyak anak2 yang berlarian, mungkin karena banyak yg wisata. jadi niat mau liburan tidur nyenyak. gagal semua sakit kepala.

receptionist ramah, saya mendapatkan kamar yg luas dan nyaman, lingkungan hotel kurang terawat, sarapan ya lumayanlah ada nasgor, mie goreng, sosis, roti tawar, bubur ayam buah dan juice tapi harus sarapan sblm jam 8. u/ restorannya interiornya bagus, bersih, makanannya enak dan pengunjungnya ramai. next kl dapat kamar yg sy tempati saya akan kembali lagi kesini.

sepi dan jauh dari mana mana.... sedangkan resto hotel tutup yg terlalu cpt dan tidak menyediakan pembayaran melalui debit. hanya bisa cash dan credit card. terpaksa hrus keluar kira kira 1kg dr hotel untuk cari atm

Sangat parah. Setelah booked, begitu sampai sana, hotelnya tutup, tidak ada kehidupan. Bahkan ada palang yang menghalangi mpbil masuk. Sy angkat palangnya, supaya bisa masuk. Begitu sampai di Front Office, ada sekitar 5 orang yang nongkrong sambil main gaplek, dan bilang kalo hotel tutup. Anehnya, kenapa pasang iklan di Tiket.com kalo memang hotel belum beroperasi? Dan kenapa pihak tiket.com tidak cek lebih dahulu? Sy sudah mengajukan refund, tapi entah kapan akan dilembalikan.
