Sprei, selimut, dan handuknya wangi dan putih bersih, mungkin karena masih baru. Namun, kamar mandinya agak kotor karena masih ada rambut dan sampah. Air panas hanya berfungsi beberapa detik, kemudian dingin. Airnya juga agak kecil. Tidak ada TV, tidak masalah. Kelaparan dan pesan dari kafe depan. Makanannya asin dan rasanya standar. Kopi sangernya enak. Pelayanan super ramah, sangat membantu dan tidak ribet. Lokasinya agak jauh dari pantai untuk anak-anak, sedangkan untuk dewasa dekat (300-500 m). Harganya cukup mahal, mungkin karena masih baru dan suasananya tenang dan tidak ramai.
