Lokasinya bagus, kamarnya oke, sayang AC tidak menyala dan kamar mandinya tidak bersih (licin) cukup berbahaya. Saya datang jam 2 malam untuk istirahat, jadi tidak nyaman jam 10 pagi dipaksa check out, lantai di sekitar hotel cukup licin untuk yang memakai sneaker. Terima kasih.

Lokasinya cukup strategis, dekat dengan kampus UGM teknik dan banyak tempat makan. Akses ke jalan raya juga cukup dekat. Namun karena lokasinya agak masuk, Anda harus sering memeriksa aplikasi Maps agar tidak tersesat (saya sekali nyasar saat pulang malam).

Kamar luas, fasilitas AC, TV, kulkas, air di kamar mandi bersih, ada dapur mini, tapi kulkasnya tidak dingin. Tapi secara keseluruhan sangat layak untuk ditinggali. Apalagi dparagon bisa disewa selama sebulan seperti kos-kosan, bagus deh pokoknya. Saya ingin tinggal di sana lagi.

Bangunannya memang merupakan kost eksklusif dengan harga sekitar 160 ribu rupiah. Harga tersebut sudah termasuk dengan fasilitas seperti toiletries, air mineral, sarapan, dan jasa bersih-bersih kamar. Lokasinya strategis dan desain kamar minimalis dan unik, serta tempat parkir yang luas. Namun, kamarnya sempit dan tidak ada sirkulasi udara, sehingga terasa sumpek. Tidak disediakan jasa bersih-bersih kamar, sehingga jika kamar kotor bingung untuk membersihkannya.

Hotel dengan harga yang terjangkau, rasanya luar biasa. Unik dibandingkan dengan hotel lain dengan harga yang sama. Kamarnya minimalis artistik menurut saya. Dengan tata ruang yang begitu, cukup indah untuk dipandang mata. Kunci kamar sudah menggunakan kartu hotel bintang. Lihat gambar. Namun terkadang suara langkah atau bukaan pintu di kamar sebelah terdengar sedikit, tidak ada handuk dan peralatan mandi lainnya. Bangunan tingkat menggunakan tangga manual. Namun, lain-lain bagus. Sepertinya ini juga cocok untuk kost.
