I would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone visiting bintan. I recently stayed at d'primahotel bintan, and i must say that the staff truly made my stay unforgettable. Sandi, gery, and lalu provided exceptional service, always greeting me with a warm smile and ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. Gery was helpful in providing me with detailed information about the hotel facilities and local attractions in bintan. He went out of their way to ensure that i was comfortable and had everything i needed for a pleasant stay. Sandi was also extremely friendly and accommodating. They were always available to answer any questions i had and responded quickly to any concerns i had. Their professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, and i really appreciated the extra effort they put into making my stay enjoyable. Lalu was equally fantastic, ensuring that my room was clean and wellstocked with amenities. He was very friendly and always made sure i had everything i needed to feel comfortable during my stay. Overall, the staff at d'primahotel bintan were fantastic, and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting bintan. Their excellent service and attention to detail truly made my stay unforgettable.
