Room rates are dynamic and changeable at any time. The price agreed upon when the reservation process is complete cannot be subject to change with additional fees or returns for the discrepancy with the latest higher/lower prices in the same period.

The maximum of room capacity is for 2 adults and 2 children up to 8 years old. The hotel may charge you an additional fee for each extra person after the reserved room's capacity.

The recreational facilities at Eastparc Hotel are provided to guests according to hotel rules and regulations. It is the responsibility of every guest to assess suitability of each facility, to consider and accept all possible risks. The Hotel Management is NOT responsible in any way for any accident, physical injury, trauma, or any other consequence whatsoever to the user. The Hotel Management reserves the right to deny usage of its facilities to any guest at any time or to invalidate any vouchers given.

For the convenience of all guests, the use of bikinis (two-piece swimwear) is not permitted within hotel premises, including in water facilities area.

Our restaurant serves only halal cuisine. We do not serve alcoholic beverages at our restaurant and room minibars. The consumption of alcoholic beverages at public areas including the lobby, restaurant, ballroom and pool terrace is strictly prohibited. However, guests are allowed to consume their own alcoholic beverages in the privacy of their rooms. Cigarettes and cigars are not sold at our restaurant. We also do not serve vegetarian and vegan meals.

No smoking in the room, smoking is allowed in the balcony area. Smoking in the room will be subject to administrative sanctions in the form of fines according to applicable regulations. Smoking is not allowed in all public areas in this hotel including the restaurant, poolside terrace and outdoor recreation area except for in designated smoking areas.

Check-in time starts from 3.00 PM. Request for room next to each other, opposite one another, connecting rooms, specific rooms, specific view or specific floor is subjected to availability upon checking in and will certainly results in much delay in check-in time beyond 3.00 PM. Early check-in depends on room availability and readiness.

Hotel does not provide baby cribs.

Waiting rooms are not available in the lobby area, please use Verandah Resto or The Canopy (near the drop off lobby area) as waiting rooms.Welcome drinks are available from 13.00 - 17.00 WIB at Verandah Resto.
