Tempatnya masih baru, lokasi agak masuk (tidak di jalan besar). Tata letak perabotan bisa dipertingkat, seperti penambahan pengaman colokan pada lubang yang dekat kepala tempat tidur agar mencegah tersengat listrik. Colokan dekat meja rias pun ada yang sulit digunakan jika tidak memiliki extension cable karena tempat di antara meja dan tembok terlalu sempit dan tidak muat kepala pengisi daya. Ada beberapa kamar dengan tipe yang sama namun tidak diberi perabot atau kapasitas yang sama (cth: dua kamar sama-sama kamar deluxe tapi satu kamar ukurannya lebih kecil, tidak mendapatkan meja untuk koper, dll.). Suara dari dalam kamar terdengar dari luar, dan sebaliknya juga. Sendok dan garpu minim, piring dan mangkok cukup memadai. Ada chiller berisi minuman yang bisa dibeli, tapi ada juga dispenser air. Guesthouse menyediakan check-in lebih awal, tetapi dikenakan biaya sesuai jam check-in. Staff ramah, tempat parkir cukup.
