Lokasinya sangat strategis karena berada di tengah kota dan di pinggir alun-alun. Menurut saya fasilitasnya sangat memuaskan, termasuk AC, TV internet, hair dryer, dan air hangat. Namun, saya sedikit terkejut karena lantainya masih kotor seperti belum dipel (tumpahan minuman dan jejak kaki debu), dan gelas yang disediakan juga masih memiliki lipstik bekas pengguna sebelumnya (saya tidak tahu apakah dia lupa mengganti atau bagaimana). Lain kali, saya harap kebersihannya lebih diperhatikan. Sebagai saran, sebaiknya mulailah menyediakan layanan pesan makanan di kamar karena hotel ini terkenal dengan restoran dan bar. Sarapan sebaiknya disajikan all you can eat karena porsinya sangat kecil dan dibatasi untuk satu piring per pengunjung. Terima kasih.
