I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in this place for 5 days. The best customer service, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is very clean and tidy. Very nice, spacious and clean swimming pool. Everyone is so helpful. Perfect view from my room. I will come back to stay here again.

We had a great time and would definitely return! An absolutely lovely location in the immediate vicinity of the monkey forest. The monkeys even came to see us on rainy days in search of food, and they were really friendly and peaceful. We enjoyed the generous breakfast with fresh frangipani on the tables and the lovely, refreshing pool. Staff was amazing, very helpful, friendly. At night, we loved seeing geckos and huge lizards visit our balcony. Everything is quiet and serene, while the hotel itself is in pristine condition. Through the adorable monkey forests of ubud center, it takes two minutes to get there.

The location is beautiful and the staff are friendly. The only thing missing is a phone for room service, you have to walk to the lobby to order anything. There is only one electricity point in the room and 1 in each toilet. Overall, i still give it 5 stars for the great environment.

Beautiful location! The cottages are great and practical, and the pool is amazing! Staff are always very friendly and always ready to help you with anything. The only reason i dont give it a 5 star rating is because our bathroom was dirty, looks like the tub and toilet had trough time but ive noticed clean bathrooms are quite rare in bali.

I stayed in a deluxe room here for 3 weeks and it was amazing for the price, especially when compared to other hotels ive been to in bali. Its quiet with tasty views, and everything is new and clean. Even better than my previous 3 star hotel.

The hotel is lovely, with lovely gardens and friendly staff. Breakfast is simple but delicious. The room was a little old, especially the bathroom, but for the price we paid and the duration of our stay (3 nights), it didnt bother us too much. They do have newer renovated rooms, although they were double the cost of the older ones. We were only there for ten days and spent most of my time exploring ubud, so this hotel completely met our needs. Monkeys roam the property because the monkey forest surrounds it, which was also quite cool. I would definitely stay at this motel again, however, i would probably stay in one of its renovated suites the next time.

The staff are so genuine and friendly that i wouldnt even mind paying twice for the accommodation, regardless of the minor flaws of a traditional balinesestyle pension. Delicious breakfast too. The location is quiet but only 15 minutes from the center.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at garden view! The staff members were consistently friendly and cheerful. The breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options, was incredibly satisfying and suited our needs. Both the pool and the wifi are excellent. Our preference was to stay on the calmer side of the monkey forest, as it allowed us to explore the neighborhoods cuisine and life. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here! Thank you.

The bed and the bathroom in general are in poor condition, which is why i gave this place three stars. I am being generous with a 3. The staff and their service are excellent, so why am ive given this location three ratings?. Because termites have been eating our 4post bed for the entire night, it had wood chips that left us sleepless and we left with itchy skin the next day.

This place is ideal for its proximity to the city center yet tranquility! There is only nature to be heard, not any traffic. The service is also excellent. On request, the staff provided me with a scooter ride to pharma and dr after i developed the flu. There are plenty of dining options nearby. So, if you want to use this as sytay base to enjoy the pool, youll need scoters to get around the other side of town, except unless you plan on doing some walking as well. With air conditioning, rooms are roomy and spotless. Additionally, bathrooms are spotlessly clean. Its not perfect, with several ants and the typical slight irrigation odor. For my next trip, im going to return here.

The staff was all very friendly and the property is very nice. The service was slow, not organized and they had trouble communicating with us clearly. We didnt get breakfast because application made a mistake and hotel didn't have record of us paying extra for breakfast. Room was spacious and clean but there were quite ants and safe didn’t work.

I would recommend it to anyone over 30 years old. The staff at this international 5 star resort are very good and the service is also very satisfying. Breakfast is good, the rooms are spacious and very clean. Location is ok. Town is only a short walk away on trough trail that runs along monkey forest, which is nice but can be busy with scooters.

The staff is excellent, very polite and accommodating. We loved our stay and recommend garden view to other families! Beautiful gardens and nice rooms in a great area. Easy walk to monkey temple and shopping but quiet area with nice cafes.

Everything was a 5 star experience except for the actual bed/room! Amazing breakfast, very professional and friendly staff, beautiful hotel grounds. Great peaceful location with shops, restaurants and monkey sanctuary nearby. However, it appears that the photos of the bedrooms on booking websites were taken years ago. The mattress was unusually hard. When entering the room, there were geckos and bugs flying around inside! The bathrooms are quite old and have weak water pressure. On its last leg, the air conditioner barely released cold air and made loud strange noises. I recommend updating the older rooms for ensuring i have tan.
