Lokasinya dekat dengan pasar tradisional cikutra Mall Btm, Dr. Seno, dan Rs SantoYusup. Areanya cukup luas, dengan parkiran yang luas. Pintu keluar motor dipindah ke arah barat. Hunian ini lumayan bagus, karena berdekatan dengan pasar tradisional cikutra Mall Btm, Dr. Seno, dan Rs SantoYusup.

The housekeeper is helpful and friendly. She offered us a trolley for our large luggage. The interior of the room is clean, the furniture is neat, there are 2 dining tables, 6 chairs, and 1 shoe rack. There is no safety rail in this room. We have lg and llg 1 floors with many food tenants. Each floor has sconces and an outdoor tv. One bedroom has one queen bed, 1 bathroom with two gas fire pits, dishwashing equipment, 2 table and 4 chairs. No smoking sign for guests. In the living room, we have 1 carpet, one cctrooster, i found 1 electric cable, it only has 1 rolling curtain in the window, but there isnt any ice or hot water on it because no cable is plugged into the electric switch. On the 12th and 15th floors, guests can find an outside garden on the rooftops. I cant imagine if the real garden was there. Just putting up with the smoke and the view of city. Because the location of hotel faces the main road, noise from other vehicles and sirene may be annoying.
