The apartment is small but comfortable. Odi, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. Has a courtyard pool that is quite cool and refreshing. Perfect to hop in after sweltering day in bali.

Ive stayed here four times already. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, including a large, comfortable bed, air conditioning and fan, kettle, and large fridge freezer. There is also saft, oversized tv, safe, free wifi, gas hob, small countertop oven, etc. Oji is always available to assist you and is very helpful. This is not rated as upscale or luxurious despite its rustic vibes and worn out in some areas, it feels secure and the location is excellent. Walk to the beach, cafes in seminyak, bintang supermarket, plus there are many tour operators nearby. As lone female traveler, at night, when it is busy enough but not on the main street, noise is reduced, so i felt safe walking to and from this location alone. I have no doubt ill stay here again when ive come back.

Menginap 7 malam dengan 2 balita sungguh menyenangkan! Serasa tidur di rumah sendiri! Anda bisa memasak, mencuci pakaian, AC dingin, kasur selalu bersih, stafnya, Mbak Dwik, sangat ramah dan membantu! Saya ingin mengantar saya membeli bakso yang enak dengan motornya, haha. Lokasinya juga strategis, depan ada spa, dan di sebelah ada warteg halal (yang penting tidak terlalu bising, dekat kemana-mana. Saya akan merekomendasikannya kepada teman-teman saya! Sampai bertemu lagi!

Really, this is a great hotel, just 5 rooms, in the middle of everything still inside from noises, you will have everything you need except clothes, swimming pool if you are a fan not your pool, top of all this is a guy working for them his name sofa lives there 24 hours a day he makes you feel at home whatever problem you got in the room he will solve it in a short friendly time, and that is what I mean, polite not just a smile and no one care

I would happily recommend the Green Studio Apartment Seminar to other travelers and holidaymakers. We spent five nights here with my young daughter and were unimpressed. When we got there, the property's owner was friendly and warm. I was extremely thankful that she also arranged for us an early morning transfer to the airport at the end of our visit, which included a lovely young driver. The apartment room in the contemporary style featured exactly as seen in the images. It's very clean, and every day cleaned, and although not hugely spacious, it's fantastic for one or two people. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning and ceiling fan both functioned well. The washing machine was an added bonus. The kitchen and dining areas were excellent, with a nice size fridge for our drinks and snacks, and just enough kitchenware to prepare a few light meals when we desired. The kitchen had two gas burners, a small benchtop oven, enough food preparation equipment, and a few cooking utensils. Given its central location, the apartment feels very safe and secure and fairly quiet at night. The setting was excellent. Shops, restaurants, cafes, and massage spas are all within walking distance of the large retail, but there is also a handy 24-hour convenience store just a few buildings away if you require a late-night snack or beverage. The room is very spacious, the location is right between all the noises, the swimming pool, and every other thing, the only thing is the sofa, who works for them. All this is provided by him because he's very polite and didn't just give a grin. The owner is also very friendly.

I stayed here once more and it didnt let me down. The staff has changed and is now only oji, but he made me feel very comfortable and welcoming. He gave me his WhatsApp number so if i needed anything 24 hours a day just message him. If you get the chance to stay there, definitely think about it. Do it always clean and tidy. Good location as not far from bintang supermarket or beach.

I have now spent four nights here. The rooms are equipped with all the necessities, including a large, comfortable bed, air conditioning, fan, kettle, and large fridge freezer. Additionally, there is a gas hob and a small countertop oven. Additionally, a safe, a large tv, and free wifi. Oji is extremely helpful and readily available for assistance. Although it is rustic and a little worn out in some areas, it feels secure and the location is excellent. Walk to the beach, cafes in seminyak, and the bintang supermarket. There are numerous tour operators in the vicinity as well. As a solo female traveler, i felt secure walking to and from this location at night because it is busy enough but not on the main street, so there is less noise. I have no doubt i will stay here again when i return.

There were just 5 rooms and there was nothing that could have happened, with the exception of the linens, the swimming pool, and the fact that the pool is closed if I'm a fan of them. Even though the hotel is very small and silent, the atmosphere is very peaceful. Besides that, the sofa man who works for them lives there all day, he makes you feel at home, and whenever a problem arises in the room, he will quickly address it with kindness, nothing like a grin and no one cares about you.

Staf di Oji sangat ramah dan siap membantu. Kondisi kamar besar dan nyaman. AC-nya sejuk dan ada water purifier. Saya suka kulkas, mesin cuci, dan TV adalah produk LG. Saya pikir saya bisa bertahan selama sebulan. Toko serba ada dalam waktu 1 menit dan banyak restoran di dekatnya. Kolam renangnya kecil. Peralatan dapurnya agak tua jadi saya tidak menggunakannya. Selain itu, ada sendok, garpu, pisau dan beberapa jenis perkakas. Pemurni air panas dan dingin berfungsi dengan baik. Tekanan air yang baik di kamar mandi. Jika Anda membiarkan penyumbat pembuangan setengah terbuka saat mandi, air mudah terkuras. Ada kebisingan, terletak di pinggir jalan raya, sehingga Anda mendengar suara sepeda motor yang lewat dengan keras. Khususnya, ayam yang dipelihara di sebelah berkokok hampir sepanjang hari dan sepanjang pagi.
