Sangat terkesan dengan pelayanan dari petugas front desk yang sangat membantu. Ketika kamar siap, saya ditelepon. Tempat parkir juga cukup luas dan gratis. Karyawannya juga sigap dalam membantu. Saya tertarik menginap di hotel ini karena kamarnya berisi 2 tempat sperti ukuran ratu dan ada fasilitas waterpark. Pengalaman yang tidak nyaman karena Sudah berisik dari jam 5 pagi, bahkan suara anakanak berlarian di koridor dibiarkan saja. Hotel tanpa lift, tidak nyaman untuk anakanak dan manusia tua. Sarapan biasa banget, pesan telur dadar juga lama banget ingin keluar, akhirnya kami tinggal. Toilet kamar 315 bau. Kamar hanya tanpa sarapan di hotel ini berarti tidak ada toiletries, kopi teh dan lainlain. Hanya tersedia air mineral dan kertas tisu.
