Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang bagus dan dekat kemanapun. Namun, kami kecewa karena penawaran yang ditawarkan saat di Airport tidak sesuai. Mereka bilang kamarnya buruk, air panas dan disediakan teko untuk masak air beserta kopi, teh, dan gula. Ternyata kamarnya sekelas losmen dan tidak ada teko untuk masak air. Kami melaporkan hal ini kepada pihak hotel dan baru diperbaiki. Mohon pihak hotel memperbaiki pelayanannya dan beri penjelasan yang sesuai dengan yang ditawarkan agar tamu tidak kecewa.
