Gausah pesen penginapan disini, mau dari aplikasi apapun, karena ini pengalaman dari saya sendiri Minggu 24 Desember 2023 saya datang ke penginapan dan pas sampe kesana si pemilik penginapan bilang kalo penginapan sudah penuh, padahal hari sebelumnya saya bisa pesan kamarnya lewat tiket.com, saat itu pemilik penginapan memberi nomor penanggung jawab OYOnya, jadi saya disuruh menunggu untuk mendapatkan informasi, setelah itu saya disarankan untik refund tetapi sudah tidak bisa karena sudah lewat batas refund dari aplikasinya, setelah itu pihak OYO juga bilang kalau mau direlokasi alias saya dialihkan ke OYO yang lainnya, tetapi saat itu saya menunggu tidak ada kabar juga sampai hari ini Kamis 28 Desember, saya masih belum mendapat kepastian dari pihak OYO maupun dari pemilik penginapan, saya tidak terlalu mempermasalahkan uangnya, namun tanggung jawabnya tidak ada, dan tidak profesional, seperti tidak ada itikad baik dari OYO dan pemilik penginapan, dan mereka juga tidak memberi kepastian kepada saya sebagai pelanggan, SEMOGA YANG MEMBACA INI BISA MEMPERTIMBANGKAN LAGI UNTUK MENGINAP DISINI!!!!!Popular Facilities
