Lokasinya sangat tenang, hanya 30 menit dari pusat kota Yogyakarta. Bagi yang ingin bermain ke daerah selatan (pantai dll), tempat ini sangat cocok. Kamarnya sangat bersih, begitu juga dengan kamar mandinya. Seprei dan kasurnya juga bersih dan wangi. Tempatnya sepi, sejuk, dan pemandangan sawah di pagi hari membuat segar. Malam hari sangat cocok untuk berkumpul bersama keluarga atau teman, baik di balkon atau taman depan kamar. Sayangnya, kamar mandi tidak memiliki air panas. Parkir maksimal untuk 2 mobil (besar atau kecil sama saja), kecuali jika ingin parkir di luar pagar, bisa untuk 1 mobil lagi. Wajar dua mobil, karena kamar yang tersedia juga 2 kamar saja. Agak jauh dari tempat makan, karena wilayahnya pemukiman. Secara keseluruhan, saya merekomendasikan penginapan ini jika ke Yogya. Pemilik dan penjaganya sangat ramah.
