We had an excellent two weeks at kalm bali with two families and three teenagers. Excellent accommodations, a lovely pool and sauna, and a prime location. Excellent service from the entire team. Andy, who has the most beautiful smile in bali and is always willing to offer some excellent advice, deserves special mention. A top destination in canggu without a doubt!.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they recommended good restaurants and activities nearby, which we loved. They decorated our room for our anniversary, which was a very sweet and thoughtful gesture. The pool was nice, the air conditioning cooled the room nicely. Cleaning could be improved, the bathroom smelled a bit bad. It was not far from the center, walking distance to restaurants.

Tempat yang bagus untuk bersantai dan melepas lelah. Staf sangat ramah dan penuh perhatian. Anda dapat merasakan bahwa mereka bekerja dengan cinta dan perhatian yang tulus dan Anda merasakannya dalam segala hal mulai dari sambutan hangat hingga detail kecil yang membuat masa inap Anda semakin istimewa. Pelayanan terbaik selalu dengan senyuman dan tidak ada yang terlalu merepotkan, terutama Andy dan Salah. Kamar-kamarnya didekorasi dengan indah, luas, bersih dan sangat memperhatikan detail. Semuanya memancarkan ketenangan dan kenyamanan. Rasanya bukan hotel, melainkan seperti rumah kedua. Kami benar-benar jatuh cinta dengan tempat ini dan pasti akan kembali. I came here with my friends for a vacation, and this place is fantastic and ideal for a few days. The rooms are very clean, with a great layout, and the room and outdoor facilities are topnotch. The pool is also clean, i can tell they clean it regularly. The location is very strategic, and we could walk to several places. The walking routes are also very easy to remember. The service is undeniably good, they are very friendly and helpful. 24 hour reception. Room service is also quick and meticulous, which is a big plus for them. Everything here is great. Good job, my friends and i had a great time staying here.

The customer service here was exceptional, especially for andy, the manager. After we checked out, i could even stay in another room because i had bali belly and felt very weak. Thank you for allowing that, it was very nice of you! The rooms were nice and clean. They also connected us to a scooter rental at a reasonable price.

Hotel yang indah, baru dan bergaya! Kamar-kamarnya didekorasi dengan indah dengan dinding tadelakt dan banyak kaktus di dalam pot yang indah. Tempat tidurnya besar dan kasurnya sangat nyaman. Suasana hotel sangat nyaman. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Kami merasa sangat diterima dan betah. Kolam renang, sauna, dan pemandian es sangat cocok untuk bersantai. Kami menikmati dua minggu yang luar biasa! Dekat dengan tempat sarapan seperti "Nude". Kami pasti akan kembali ke Kalm Bali.
