Sesuai dengan bintangnya, hotel resort bintang 5 ini oke banget. Kamarnya luas, persis sesuai di foto dan amenities nya komplit. Makanan di restoran mereka juga enak. Jangan lupa juga buat sunset ke restoran mereka the kliff, viewnya bagus makanan juga enak. Ada tempat gym juga, peralatannya cukup terawat hanya ruangan agak panas aja padahal sudah gedein suhu ac nya.

Arsitek bangunannya rapi dan bagus, sehingga konsep hotel dan resortnya terlihat sederhana dan mewah. Menu sarapannya sangat variasi, ada menu western, indonesia, dan asian lainnya. Restaurant dan Bar nya (The Kliff) juga bagus dan menunya lengkap. Semua staffnya ramah, groomingnya dan greetingnya bagus, dan helpfull. Kamarnya bersih dan shower gelnya harum. Amenitiesnya lengkap. TV chanelnya lengkap dan sudah support Netflix. Yang paling juara adalah viewnya. Sangat refresh ketika saya staycation di daerah Senggigi. Terima kasih pelayanannya
