Hotelnya bersih, nyaman, pelayanan staf nya baik, cukup ramah.. lokasi di pusat kota, dekat kemana2.. ada cafe nya jg, dan makanan cukup enak.. hanya saja voucher yg dikasih malam itu ga bisa kami claim di cafe nya, katanya lagi ada kendala.. next mohon diperbaiki atau kalau memang ada kendala, tidak perlu diberikan voucher jg ga apa2, harga cukup terjangkau
