The location is good and strategic, there are many restaurants, fruit markets, and supermarkets nearby. I booked room 201 for 2 weeks as a solo traveller. The room was clean and smelled fresh, but the curtains and walls were stained! Dust and a bit dirty plastic packaging, used tissues, hairs were under and on the side of the bed. Need more attention for housekeeping. No tv remote, no ac remote, but if you need to adjust the air conditioning, just ask the receptionist or staff, they will help you right away. The bathroom was cleaned, but there was some smell coming from the drain, so i bought a kamper ball, which helped a lot but not healthy. They have hot and cold water. No lock for the door window in the room to go to the terrace, but it seems like there is no security for the guest property, but i was fine at that time. The food and drinks are delicious and refreshing! And the music is good from Thursday to Sunday in the cafe downstairs. For management, definitely need to pay attention to cleaning. I know some guests have dirty habits, but you guys can do better.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis karena berada di tengah kota sehingga memudahkan tamu untuk berkunjung ke suatu tempat, dan juga suasananya sangat menyenangkan karena banyak orang yang berkumpul di sekitar hotel.

Homey homestay with spacious deluxe room, which can fit up to 4-5 people, and cozy cafe downstairs. Close to main road and its entertainment and culinary spots. Could listen to live music the whole night :D Simple breakfast included. Really worth the price! Keep it up, Kinool!

Koneksi dengan kafe di bawahnya, sehingga terkadang suara menembus ke kamar, yang positifnya tidak perlu repot mencari makan siang atau makan malam. Bagi yang suka bermain biliar, sangat direkomendasikan untuk datang ke sini. Namun, sayangnya kamar tidak memiliki remote TV dan AC, sehingga tidak leluasa untuk mengatur TV dan AC. Semoga kebijakan tersebut dapat diperbaiki lain waktu.

Tempatnya nyaman dan bersih. Namun, yang membuat saya memberikan rating 1 adalah barang-barang yang tinggal di sini sangat tidak aman. Sebelumnya, saya pernah menginap di sini dengan salah satu pakaian teman saya dan karyawan yang saya lihat memakainya kemarin. Saat ditanya, karyawannya hanya diam saja dan tidak menjawab.

Homestay ini sangat direkomendasikan karena harganya terjangkau, hanya 175 ribu per hari sudah termasuk sarapan pagi. Namun, sayangnya kamarnya kecil, dan AC-nya juga dilengkapi dengan shower air panas.

Namun, kelebihannya adalah tidak perlu repot mencari makan siang atau makan malam. Bagi yang suka bermain biliar, tempat ini sangat direkomendasikan. Namun, satu-satunya kekurangan adalah tidak adanya remote TV dan AC di dalam kamar, sehingga pengaturan TV dan AC menjadi tidak fleksibel. Semoga kebijakan tersebut dapat diperbaiki di kemudian hari.
