Harganya masih terbilang terjangkau dibandingkan dengan homestay atau hotel lainnya. Kamarnya sederhana tapi bersih. Ries sangat membantu dan berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan sangat baik. Lokasinya sangat bagus, dekat dengan pantai yang indah, tidak terlalu jauh dari desa tetapi cukup jauh dari keramaian.

If you want to experience true public, I recommend this experience. To be honest I wanted to stay here for a few nights, but when I booked this place, the receptionist was really nice, the food is delicious, and the room is totally typical of a rural home. The atmosphere of the place is warm, cozy, and well-kept. I'm grateful to Elena and her family.

This homestay is located outside of the center of karimun jawa. To get there, you need to take a 15-20minute ride from Ferry harbour or a 10-15minute drive from alun alun Karimunjawa. The road was fine, but always be careful of holes. The room was quite comfortable, considering the price. However, the water is limited. The homestay has a large yard, and in the back, there was a footpath that led to the beach where you could enjoy the sunset. The service is inadequate. I stayed here for four days. On day 2, after i returned to the beach, the water ran out. However, the owners response was disappointing, and i had to wait almost six hours just to take a bath. You can rent bikes here at an average price of idr 75 k per day. Oh, and another thing, this place is far from any restaurant, and the homestay does not offer food service, so you must prepare an extra meal. The place was quite quiet at night, so you can sleep soundly.

Harganya sangat masuk akal (Juni) dibandingkan dengan homestay atau hotel lain. Kamar dasar tapi bersih. Ries sangat membantu dan berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan sangat baik. Lokasinya sangat bagus: dekat dengan pantai yang indah, tidak terlalu jauh dari desa tetapi cukup jauh dari keramaian.

The land was wonderful in the autumn. The trudel and elena farmhouse are accessible by keystone walled roads. There are fields with tomatoes and chills, barns, and beautiful horses. Our trully was well equipped and immaculately clean. We enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony, where a lovely kitten joined us! Breakfast was plentiful, including typical Italian freshly baked cakes as well as cold meats and cheese. One evening, we were also treated to a homecooked meal. Delicious. We thought the area to be ideal for public exploration, and we highly recommend materials as a starting point for doing so.

The location is lovely, but it is not comfy to stay for several nights. Trully are lovely, but it is regrettable that many people find it uncomfy to spend the night here. The hotel was quite chilly in late October, with a very weak heating system that was not strong enough to warm it up. The hostess is impersonal and almost absent. We anticipated a traditional, warm, and hospitable welcome, but the hostess elena was cold and unfriendly. We only got breakfast that includes freshly baked bread and cakes that were dry and served several days in a row, dry, bland muffins, cheese and ham, and fresh fruit bananas, kiwi, as well as industrial yoghurt with flavor. Although normally other places provide at least water in a room, there is a price list for water in the fridge in the room. Finally, the double bed is uncomfortable, with two distinct mattresses that are extremely firm and covered in some plastic to avoid stains on the mattress.

Agriturismo New, with 3 nice and nicely situated in a large garden. Great breakfast prepared and partly baked by Elena, the nice host and manager of the place in the nice and bright room of her house. Directly on the main road for easy access to all interesting places around Noi. Highly recommended.

Overall, the price was excellent. I would give it more points if I could. It was a truly wonderful experience. Elena was very helpful and professional. She first gave us a better room than the one that had been reserved previously. Second, since we arrived late and wanted to enjoy the beautiful place, we asked her to allow for flexible check-out. After checking availability, she graciously agreed to extend check-out time. Finally, because we didn't have a car, she was able to locate some bikes we could rent for a low cost. She traveled with her personal vehicle to pick them up. The place itself is really breathtaking, it appears to have been taken from an italian movie. The apartment we slept in was fantastic, comfortable, tidy, and adorable. Without a car, the location is a bit difficult to access, but I guess that's the main point of staying there. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of salty and sweet options prepared with high-quality local ingredients.
