Tidak apa-apa, tapi kami tidak akan memesan lagi. Banyak yang rusak atau tidak indah lagi. Kolamnya bagus. Para pemain berusaha keras tetapi juga menghabiskan banyak uang untuk semuanya. Lebih baik pergi ke penduduk setempat. Kamar tidak dibersihkan selama Anda menginap.

The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. They were very accommodating and watched over our luggage when we went to ekas for an overnight trip. The only improvement is ceiling fans or some kind of white noise to drown out the noise of the distant mosque. Great spot with friendly staff.

Tempat yang asik dan nyaman. " Feel like a place" tempat yang agak ke pedalaman dari jalan utama Kuta, tetapi akses mudah ke tempat ini. Hotel atau villa ini tidak terlalu banyak kamar, tapi bagus, penataannya.

Beautiful and serene. The room i had recently refurbished and maintained was wellmaintained, with a powerful air conditioner and excellent wifi. The restaurant food and breakfast items were also very delicious! Doublecheck the lunch and dinner opening hours? Espresso coffee was well priced and strong as requested. They had motorbikes for rent at the villa, but no bicycle onsite for guest use or a small rental fee would have been perfect. Overall, i enjoyed this accommodation and would highly recommend it and, most importantly, stay again. Thank you, lavella villa.

I spent 5 days here with my husband and in laws and they all loved it. This place is a paradise! The bed and pillows are very high quality and soft. You will definitely get a good rest here. I recommend it 100%!.

Villa yang nyaman dan tenang di Mandalika. Menu utama di sini adalah sushi dan sashimi. Bahan-bahannya segar dan pastinya halal. Kami menginap semalam (2 dewasa dan 2 anak) di tipe kamar Family Bungalow. Kamarnya sangat luas, nyaman, dan bersih. Dan asyiknya karena toiletnya bukan toilet kering, cocok untuk orang Indonesia. Kamar mandinya luas. Kalau ke Mandalika lagi, pasti akan menginap di sini lagi.

I had never been to lombok before, but it wont be my last. I really enjoyed it. There were no large crowds hogging the pool or pool chairs. No screaming kids. Lovely, spacious, fresh rooms. Wellmaintained, tidy resort. The young staff might have gotten a few things confused. Lol. Fruit salad was served with grated cheese and mayonaise. But they were so enthusiastic and sweet. I couldnt speak highly enough of them.

The location is not far from the main shopping area, but far enough away not to hear the party music at night. The staff are very friendly and gave us great advice on where to go and where to eat. Lavella is definitely one of our favorite stays in kuta! The staff are amazing and the facilities are great.

Kami memesan kamar di lokasi dan mendapatkan semuanya dikonfirmasi secara tertulis di resepsi (4 orang, 5 malam, 2 kamar seharga 500 k). Ketika kami tiba saya diberitahu bahwa staf kemarin melakukan kesalahan dan hanya ada kamar untuk 2 malam dan harganya 700 k per malam. Bahkan setelah kami menunjukkan kuitansi kemarin, mereka tidak peduli dengan harganya. Kami harus mencari sesuatu yang lain. Sayangnya, layanan pelanggan yang buruk hanya satu poin. Kami memiliki malam sebelum malam kami check-in (karena kami ingin berganti hotel), memesan kamar di lokasi dan menerima semuanya dikonfirmasi secara tertulis di resepsi (4 orang, 5 malam, 2 kamar seharga 500 k).
