Staf yang sangat ramah. Bungalow kami dibersihkan berdasarkan permintaan selama kami menginap. Lokasinya bagus di tepi pantai, jika Anda tidak ingin makan terus-menerus di hotel dengan harga lebih tinggi dari harga lokal, ada restoran di dekatnya. Area kolam dirancang dengan indah, meskipun kolam mungkin sedikit lebih sejuk sehingga lebih menyegarkan. Ada bioskop malam setiap dua hari yang menurut saya sangat, sangat keren. Bajak laut juga menyarankan pembuatan api unggun, pemutaran film di luar ruangan di atas pasir! Dan matahari terbenam yang luar biasa! Saya merekomendasikannya 200%! Kami berpasangan di Gili Meno dan pindah dari bungalow klasik ke Le Pirate. Pendapat kami sangat terpecahkan. Positif: Fasilitas luar biasa dengan matahari terbenam yang indah. Terlihat kokoh, sangat terawat dan modern. Peralatan snorkeling dan lainnya juga bagus, bekas pakai, tapi oke. Di malam hari terdapat bioskop terbuka dan api unggun setiap dua hari. Negatif: Evaluasi terhadap pelayanan sebenarnya memerlukan pendekatan menyeluruh. Penerima tamu sulit dijangkau dan melompat di sekitar fasilitas. Saat check out harus menunggu 10 menit sampai ada orang di sana. Tidak ada selamat pagi, tidak ada salam dari para pelayan dan orang-orang bar. Satu pengecualian adalah seorang pemuda yang agak kurus yang sering mengiklankan koktail enak di pantai. Jika tidak, itu akan menjadi bencana total. Namun hal ini tidak berdampak pada karyawan biasa. Fasilitasnya bagus banget, tapi kalau mau buka koper di bungalo harus merangkak ke tempat tidur. Selain itu, kamar tidak dibersihkan. Kalau mau minta tisu toilet, stafnya kewalahan dan Anda diberikan serbet dari restoran. Staf sama sekali tidak membantu sama sekali. Kami sudah memesan 5 malam di pulau itu. Setelah malam kedua kami ingin memesan tiket feri kembali ke Bali lebih awal. Tidak ada pembayaran kartu yang diterima di pelabuhan dan satu-satunya (ATM di seluruh pulau tidak berfungsi. Kami meminta hotel memberi kami sejumlah kecil uang tunai dan menambahkannya ke tagihan kamar kami. Dalam tur multi-minggu kami di Indonesia, hal ini tidak pernah menjadi masalah. Secara umum, hanya sedikit staf di sini yang bisa berbahasa Inggris dengan cukup baik untuk dapat membantu (biasanya hanya satu orang di bagian penerima tamu). Karyawan ini sama sekali tidak bersemangat dan bersedia membantu kami. Dia bilang dia harus bertanya kepada manajer dan kami harus menunggu di luar. Setelah menunggu hampir satu jam dalam cuaca panas, saya pergi ke resepsi lagi. Karyawan tersebut menghilang dan penggantinya mengatakan dia telah pergi dan manajer mengatakan mereka tidak akan membantu kami. Berapa lama kita harus bertahan dalam cuaca panas sampai pembatalan terjadi? Ini bukan tentang menolak, ini hanya tentang cara kasar dalam menghadapi pelanggan. Contoh negatif seperti ini belum pernah terjadi pada kami di Indonesia. Ketika kami menginap di hotel tetangga, tidak ada masalah sama sekali dengan staf yang tidak ramah atau pemahaman. This is the best place weve stayed thus far while traveling to gili meno. The price matches the quality. We stayed at this lovely place for 3 nights. We were warmly welcomed and given drinks. The staff was very friendly. The room was smaller than we expected but still loved it, especially the bathroom. It was probably the best outdoor shower and toilet. Also, we loved the pool and the included breakfast. Apart from that, we only ordered pizza and coffee but didnt like the pizza. The dough was bad. Flavorless and tough. The wifi was one of the major drawbacks for me. It worked very poorly in the room. Only in the restaurant area. And as a person working online, it was important. Cleaning the room and changing the water all at once. There is a private beach area where you can watch stunning sunsets in the evenings. And they show a movie in the evening.

As part of our trip to celebrate our birthdays in bali, i spent three nights here with my mother. When we arrived, we were greeted with big smiles, a cool drink, and a lovely, cool cloth. Then we were led to our sweets. They are adorable! I adored it! There is a shower, toilet, and sink outside, which i wasnt sure about at first, but there is no way anyone can see you, and taking a shower outside in complete privacy is actually quite pleasant. Then inside the sweet, there is a large bed with room on both sides, storage underneath, and a hanging room on the wall. There are two glass doors that open to the deck, and your door that opens to the front of the deck. Oh, and a hammock to unwind in while reading or nap. There arent many breakfast options as there are on the mainland, but you dont need them, and the options are enough to satisfy everyone. They are also happy to alter your order to suit your preferences if you request it. There are three pools. 3! And i had to swim in every single one! When i was there, there were a lot of people staying there, and i never once shared the pool with anyone other than my mother. We snorkeled, saw 3 turtles, a few different fish, and a sea snake, and we snorkeled. According to more research, it is extremely poisonous, but it is extremely poisonous in the water unless threatened. There are several restaurants on the island, but we chose the le pirate restaurant because the menu was excellent. It was a very hot day. We went snorkeled, saw 3 turtles, 3 different fish, and a sea snake. And thats when i decided i was done with the day! There are many places to eat on the island, but we stayed at the le pirate restaurant because the menu was excellent. They all get along very well, laugh and laugh, which made us laugh. How wonderful it would be if all work places were like that! They decorated a small cake for my mothers birthday, and everyone sang happy birthday to her! Lokasinya di tepi pantai, sangat dekat dengan patung-patung tenggelam. Penyu terlihat di pantai yang sama. Kabinnya indah dan kamar mandi terbukanya luar biasa. Satu-satunya kelemahan yang saya miliki adalah ukuran kamar ketiga agak sempit. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman, fasilitasnya asri, sangat terawat dan tenang, kolamnya bersih dan dari salah satunya Anda bisa melihat matahari terbenam di pantai. Pelayanannya Jika saya kembali ke Indonesia, saya pasti akan mengulangi hotel ini.

An excellent deal! Three pools that are open aroundtheclock (all shallow, but with great temperatures, and i loved that they were salt water, which didnt harm your eyes. Delicious breakfast options to suit all dietary preferences. Its wonderful that the island doesnt allow dogs or motorcycles, which makes it much more tranquil. However, the terrible cafe next door plays music till 1 am on Thursday nights. Because it is a coral beach, the beach is suitable for snorkeling rather than swimming. There are a ton of turtles.

We came across this place while cycling around the island. It had a large pool and very reasonably priced drinks! And a big plus - they use metal straws, we found this in only a few places in Indonesia but it was great directly opposite the beach, we found it clean and professional. I was surprised by some bad reviews as it was a completely different experience for us! Good wifi they also do evening events tonight a bonfire.

The room is clean and nice. The food is very good. The only downside is the size of the room, especially if you have more luggage. But you wont spend much time in the room anyway. Its a great place, very tidy, two beautiful swimming pools and a clean and maintained beach. The coral reef starts from the beach.
