Saya sangat kecewa dengan kondisi hotel ini. Kamar sangat kotor dan berbau apek. Staf terlihat kurang responsif dan tidak sigap dalam membersihkan kamar meskipun sudah diminta berulang kali. Ventilasi ruangan sangat buruk. Asap rokok dari tamu lain masuk ke kamar dan sangat mengganggu, bahkan pada malam hari saat jam tidur aroma rokok masih tercium jelas. Saluran air di kamar mandi bermasalah dan tersumbat, baik di wastafel maupun area shower. Sprei dan bantal juga tidak bersih dan berbau tidak sedap, seperti tidak dicuci dengan layak sebelum digunakan oleh tamu berikutnya. Furnitur seperti lemari dan meja sudah sangat tua, lapuk, dan tampak rusak. Selain itu, hotel ini juga tidak menyediakan area parkir mobil, yang sangat menyulitkan. Saya terpaksa menginap lebih dari 10 hari karena sudah membayar di awal dan tidak bisa melakukan refund atau reimburse. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini sangat tidak direkomendasikan.
