Ocean View adalah hotel minimalis berlantai 6 yang berlokasi persis di depan Pelabuhan Sudirohatta Makassar. Ada beberapa tipe kamar mulai dari standar hingga executive room yang bersih dan wangi. Meskipun berada di kawasan sibuk, menginap di ocean view tetap terasa tenang dan nyaman. Selama bulan puasa, hotel ini memberikan diskon harga standar kamar dari harga Rp 25. 00 Menjadi Rp 165. Namun dengan harga tersebut, tamu tidak mendapatkan jatah sarapan. Kamar terbaik di hotel-villa ini berada di lantai 6, dimana tamu bisa menikmati pemandangan laut dan pelabuhan di depan jendela kamar. Hotel ini menawarkan layanan laundry, karaoke, coffee shop, dan hot water. Kelebihan hotel-highlight adalah waktu checking. Anda dapat checking hrdnya awal mulai pukul 09: 00 pagi. Staf front officina juga terbilang ramah dan informatif.
