tv gak bisa digunakan, semua kamar begitu karna sya stay 6 hari suda pinda kamar semua kondisi kamar buruk. toiletnya rusak. acnya gak dingin, dan tiap pagi airnya mati gak bisa mandi dong hahaha gak jelas ini org layanannya

mau cekin hrs bayar lg 60rb padahal udh bayar lewat aplikasi...petugasnya tidak ramah,tidak sopan..pelayanannya bikin kecewa..kamar kotor,kamar mandi kotor,airnya keruh,ga ada fasilitas buat mandi,handuk aja hrs diminta ada kecoanya ya di kamar mandi ya di kamar..bener2 kecewa dan kapok..ingat konsumen adalah raja..!
