waktu mau check in kita harus memghubungi vka telepon dulu karena tidak ada pegawai di tempat. nggak ada tempat sampah, kunci pintu gak ada, fasilitas sabun dll gak ada. kamar bau pengap, lantai kamar mandi ada cacingnya. stop kontak hanya satu.

waktu check in front liner bilang kamar full, karna banyak yg book offline, trs mereka gabisa update stock kamar di app. jadi dijanjikan refund besoknya, saya kirim e reciept ke WA frontliner, eh alasannya ga bisa refund karna saya check in diatas jam 12. PADAHAL SAYA CHECK IN SEBELUM JAM 12 JUGA TETEP GA BAKAL BISA MASUK, KARNA KAMAR FULL. JANGAN PERNAH BOOK ONLINE DEH, KALO KEPAKSA NGINEP SINI, BOOK DEPAN MUKA FL NYA AJA, PASTIIN DULU ADA ROOM NYA.
