The excellent of this hotel was it's staff, who were extremely cordial and accommodating. Bamba, who is in charge, also gave us a trip to the train station, which was less than a minute away. The woman is incredibly kind, and the food is excellent. They had some reasonably priced sunrise tours to Bromo, which I might have preferred to do rather than lying in memory as we did. Although we took no risks and slept on a plastic sheet we brought with us, the room's cleanliness was acceptable. Although the toilet was a little filthy, it was still well worth the 14 usd price we paid via papplication.4.6/54 Aug 2019

Another excellent restaurant is located across the street, the cuisine is excellent, and the mother is gracious. Although we took no risks and slept on plastic sheets we brought with us, the cleanliness of the room was good. The hotel's personnel was its best feature, which is that they were incredibly polite and accommodating. The position is across the street from a beautiful woman's restaurant, which serves excellent food, and a very kind lady. In contrast to remaining in the memory as we did, they had a few reasonably priced sunrise tours in Bromo, which I might have preferred rather than spending my entire night there. Despite taking no risks and slumbering on the plastic sheets we took with us, the room's cleanliness was admirable. A little grimy, but it was well worth the 14 Ud price we received through Papplication.4.4/529 May 2019

The best thing about this hotel was that the staff were really friendly and helpful. The manager, Bamba, also provided us with a lift to the train station that was less than a minute away. There is a very good spot across the street. The food is excellent, and the lady is extremely kind. Although we took no risks and slept on a plastic sheet we brought. Saya menginap di kamar yang luas dengan kipas angin dan kamar mandi, sabun, handuk dan sarapan sendiri. Mereka juga menawarkan kamar dengan AC dengan biaya tambahan. Satu kamar bahkan bisa untuk tiga orang, mereka menyediakan ekstra matras secara gratis! Saya suka lingkungan yang indah dengan sawah dan toko-toko di seberang jalan. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk membeli makanan di sana seharga Rp 20. 00 Meskipun tempat ini dikelilingi oleh-oleh masjid dengan suara yang akan Anda dengar, tetapi saya dapat tidur seperti bayi di tempat sperti ukuran ratu yang nyaman. Tempat ini terletak di sisi luas Probolinggo, tetapi kereta api api maupun terminal bus berjarak kurang dari 30 menit berkendara.3.0/523 Jan 2021

Minta pindah kamar krn ac bunyinya brisik sekali.
Dapat dikamar bawah walopun lbh kecil gpp, drpd ga bisa tdr krn sdh mlm nyampe sananya. Cuma terasnya kotor, ada gelas bekas minum kopi ga disingkirkan smpe paginya. Kamar mandi kotor, ga ada air panas. Ktnya pemanas lg rusak. Disuruh pindah hotel saja kl ga berkenan 😔2.0/55 Jan 2020

Sebelum memutuskan untuk menginap di hotel tertentu, hal pertama yang kami lakukan adalah: memasukkan nama kota, menelusuri satu demi satu hotel yang ditawarkan, dan mencermati rating kepuasan pelanggan. Saat kami sekeluarga akan menginap di Probolinggo, kami mencermati bahwa penginapan Sinar Harapan punya rating yang tinggi: 9.8/10.
Sesudah itu kami baca-baca review dari para tamu yang sudah pernah menginap di sini. Komentarnya bagus-bagus dan dari berbagai bangsa. Oleh sebab itu, tanpa ragu-ragu kami langsung memesan salah satu kamar dengan harga promo, terlebih mendapatkan kesempatan untuk tukar voucher.
Ketika malam hari kami tiba di Sinar Harapan, perasaan kami langsung tidak nyaman. Terlebih melihat ruang resepsionis yang minim, ,termasuk SDM resepsionis yang tidak rapi dan tidak trampil melayani tamu. Begitu masuk kamar (tidak diantar petugas), kami tambah terkejut karena:
- kondisi kamar berbeda dari foto.
- sprei dan sarung bantal warna putih kusam dan tipis.
- tidak ada remote TV sehingga kami harus turun tangga menjumpai mas resepsionis untuk mencari ganti remote yang lain.
- AC berdengung.
- Tongkat gayung patah.
- Tidak ada pemanas air untuk membuat kopi. Kami harus menuruni tangga dan membuat kopi di ruang petugas resepsionis.
- Pemanas air untuk mandi juga tidak berfungsi. 1.8/56 Jan 2020

hotel T*** . air AC bocor. sampai jaket pacar saya basah dan orange waktu aku bilang AC nya bocor dan tak lihat jaket nya yang basah dia biasa aja . kamar mandi biasa aja , AC kurang dingin, tv butek, remot AC sama tv Gaada jadi terpaksa pake aplikasi, WiFi lemot, biaya ga recommended. 230 Gaada sarapan. padahal saya waktu itu di AIRY 200 an dapet sarapan , pelayanan, baik , bersih , AC tv WiFi okee . lebih baik airy daripada OYOTAI1.0/55 May 2021
