Sangat kurang puas karna data tidak sinkron dengan aplikasi. Saya memesan kamar diOYO 657 Residence 71 sudah boking dan bayar via transfer. Sesampainya disana malam sekitar pkl 12 malam. Dan pelayan disana menyampaikan bahwa kamar yg saya pesan sudah penuh dan tersisa kamar yg u/ 1 orang perkamar padahal saya pesan u/ 2 orang perkamar. Sehingga saya dioper lagi kehotel rekanan yg ada digrogol padahal saat itu sudak pkl 24 lebih. Sedangkan saya orang dari luar kota dan butuh u/ segera istirahat. Jadi kesimpulan kurang puas karena data tidak sinkron dengan apk yg ada dihotel.

tidak ada sabun, odol dsb. alasan OYO tidak lagi memberikan secara cuma2, dan itu harus dibebankan ke pengunjung. AC tidak dingin sama sekali.
