Lokasi hotelnya cukup strategis, begitu memasuki halaman hotel nuansa Tionghoa Anda akan bertemu dengan kepala pelayan yang sangat ramah. Kebersihan kamar cukup baik, ada bak mandi, air panas dan dingin, kulkas di setiap kamar dan makanan yang tersedia cukup enak.

Bangunan tua tetapi masih layak digunakan, pelayanan di sat ci masih sangat bagus dan ramah, tetapi kekurangannya sebagai pelanggan kami tidak diberikan slip deposit sebagai pegangan sehingga terjadi cekcok pada sat cowok uang deposit dikembalikan tidak sesuai. Saya komplain dengan front office atas nama Sri. Dia tetap mengotori tidak mau mengembalikan uang deposit yang saya berikan. Kesalahan karena tidak memberikan kami slip debet. Kekurangan deposit hanya 100 rupiah tetapi yang saya tidak terima front office Atas nama Sri membentak dan menantang. Saran saya tolong pelayanan ditingkatkan jika masih bekerja dengan karyawan seperti itu, bisa membuat customer tidak nyaman karena tidak diperlakukan seperti tamu.

Pelayanan yang baik dari beberapa pelayan di hotel ini. Kamar yang indah dan bagus, makanan yang enak dan sangat lezat, fasilitas yang lengkap dan sangat baik. Renang untuk tinggal di sini dan saya pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini.

This hotel is over 20 years old and quite old. The hotel is quite comfortable, but when I first entered the room there were a lot of cockroaches. I immediately asked to change rooms and the hotel staff immediately scheduled them. The hotel offers a variety of meeting rooms, including small and large ones that are suitable for conferences and weddings. Breakfast was decent and had not many options. WiFi was fine. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, but because they were old, many areas needed to be fixed. The door to my room was also difficult to open, possibly due to the old equipment too. Cable, air conditioning and bottled mineral water were also available in the room. Toiletries were also available, even though the towels weren't looking clean anymore. I suggest this hotel for those of you who haven't on a budget but need a hotel that is close to the makassar city center and the port.

Pelayanan hotel sangat tidak baik karena pihak hotel membatalkan reservasi sy secara sepihak dgn alasan pihak oyo tidak pernah melakukan pembayaran ke pihak hotel selama 3 bulan dan pihak hotel tidak melayani pemesanan lewat aplikasi dan saya sebagai customer tidak punya hubungan dgn itu

Saya benar-benar sangat kecewa dengan perlakuan staff Hotel Dinasti. Dari awal saya check in tidak ada etika yang menyenangkan hingga saya kedatangan tamu malah fiamarahin hanya karna salah jalan. Tamh saya meminta maaf tapi staff hotel malah memberi peringatan dengan intonasi tinggi dan memandang rendah tamu hotel. Sehingga saya harus check out secara terpaksa. Hingga check out pun si resepsionis (perempuan) malah menyerang saya dengan intonasi tinggi. Sungguh tidak beretika dan berpendidikan. Saya harap staff hotel di beri peringatan.
