Kami sudah dilokasi untuk chek in, tapi ditolak oleh pihak duta stay, dengan alasan kamar sudah penuh,padahal kami booking dan bayar lunas 2 hari sebelum menginap, komfirmasi ke pihak oyo berjanji akan melakukan refund ,sampai saat ini belum ada pemberitahuan ,uang belum ditransfer,padahal sudah 5 hari. Mohon tanggung jawabnya dari pihak applikasi karena ini bukan kesalahan kami , kami sekeluarga merasa dirugikan,karena terlantar beberapa jam di depan duta stay untuk mencari hotel atau penginapan lain . Mudah"an pihak oyo aplikasi dan tiket.com dapat membantu pengembalian uang yg sudah dibayar lunas. Terima kasih.Location
