sy nginap di sini selama 4 hari.. air mineral cuma dikasih 1 x di hari pertama sedangkan hari kedua dst tdk diberi air mineral lg, tidak tersedia air hangat untuk mandi. selama 4 hari kamar jg tdk pernah dibersihkan, handuk tdk pernah di kasih yg baru. pagi sebelum cek out sy sudah menyampaikan ke resepsionis bolehkah kalau cek out jam 1 siang, dijawab boleh tanpa ada syarat "nanti sy informasikan ke petugas lain" katanya dan ternyata saat cek out di jam 1 siang saya mau dikenakan biaya tambahan katena cek out lbh dr jam 12 siang. nginap 4 hari karena mmg malas pindah2 dan angkut2 barang, untuk berwisata yg jg berangkat pagi pulang sore/malam jd timing emg ga pas untuk pindah2 penginapan.
