Suasana hotelnya tenang dan kamarnya bagus. Namun, tekanan air di kamar mandinya kurang stabil. Ada seekor ular besar yang ditemukan di tanah sebelah jalan setapak. Mereka meminta untuk menambahkan sarapan ke reservasi, tetapi mereka tidak menghadiri pertemuan tersebut. Sedikit berisik di dalam hotel.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang sangat bagus. Kolam renangnya sangat bersih dan matahari bersinar dari pagi hingga siang hari. Stafnya sangat ramah. Area sarapan terletak di sebelah kolam renang dan didekorasi dengan sangat indah. Kamarnya sangat besar dan hebatnya ada dispenser air di kamar. Itu sedikit di luar Ubud yang luar biasa. Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke pusat dalam 20 menit. Mengapa saya hanya memberi empat bintang? Kamar mandinya bau sangat tidak sedap. Kamar mandinya juga sangat kotor.

The location is good, its easy to get to the center, but still quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean, there is unlimited drinking water in the room and they also provide an umbrella and beach towels. We spent 4 wonderful nights there. The staff are very friendly, helpful and do everything for the guests.

I have always had a great time staying at this charming hotel in ubud. This modest hotel offers a tranquil retreat hidden away in the serene landscapes of bali. The pool is undoubtedly the highlight for me because it is a opulent oasis that rivals any upscale resort, yet surprisingly reasonably priced. The rooms are equally impressive, offering comfort and a touch of balinese elegance at a reasonable price. But what truly sets this place apart is the service. Each visit is made memorable by the staffs warmth and attentiveness. Im eagerly anticipating my next stay here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in ubud!.

Very pleasant stay for 6 nights! Supportive people, quiet area within walking distance of ubud center, clean and spacious accommodation, nice pool area, fresh breakfast. The only thing missing is a pool bar.

Hotel ini terletak di lingkungan yang sangat sepi dan berjarak 15 menit berjalan kaki dari hiruk pikuk Ubud. Meskipun semuanya dirawat dengan sangat baik di hotel, kami pikir layanan dapat ditingkatkan. Sarapan sangat buruk, hidangan di menu meninggalkan banyak hal yang diinginkan dan variasi yang lebih banyak dan kuantitas makanan hilang. Waktu sarapan biasanya selalu lebih lambat dari yang disepakati sehari sebelumnya. Layanan pembersihan kamar tidak terlalu efisien. Tekanan air di kamar mandi tidak konstan. Televisi tidak berfungsi. The location is excellent, situated in a prime area. The pool is delightful, and the rooms are spacious, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff are exceptionally helpful, and booking excursions through the hotel itself is a very convenient experience. Its also more affordable than other booking services available.

Ketut, we will definitely stay here the next time we visit ubud! Fantastic location! The personnel is incredibly kind and accommodating, and they even brought us homemade herbal tea when my girlfriend fell ill. Quiet at night, which is unusual, and spotless.

Saya sangat menyukai hotel ini. Areanya tertata rapi, kolam renang bersih, sarapan enak, stafnya ramah, kamarnya bersih, modern. Temuan yang nyata untuk Ubud. Hotel ini tidak berada di tengah, tetapi toko dan kafe mudah dijangkau. Dari keinginan: semut di kamar, cuci gorden, perlu juga sunbed dan payung, jika hotel penuh tidak cukup untuk semua orang.

The hotel is beautiful, the pool and rooms are nice, and the staff are very friendly! Unfortunately, the bar closed in november. I give it 3 stars because check out took 20 minutes and the receptionist calculated the bill 4 times. We paid and left, then the hotel staff called our driver 15 minutes later for wrong billing - the hotel was right, but it was quite unprofessional.

I stayed here for 5 nights and almost everything was amazing. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had a bathtub and rain shower head, and the hot water worked well. Every room was clean, and the staff were nice and accommodating. And all at a very affordable price. Glad i chose this hotel out of all the options in ubud.
