Masa iya saya udah booking sama bayar via Indomaret eh sampai di tempat kata resepsionis "KAMI GAK PERNAH PAKAI APLIKASI BUAT BOOKING JADI PEMBAYARANNYA GAK MASUK." Aneh. Bisa-bisanya gitu. Padahal buktinya udah jelas saya tunjukkin. Ini jelas penipuan

pelayanan perlu di tingkatkan, pesan tempat tidur untuk dua orang ternyata dikasih untuk satu orang (dengan alasan karena pesan dari red doors memang seperti itu). Kebersihan kurang dijaga, ribut di area recepsionis di malam hari. Tidak ada shower air panas. Tidak ada Cover, adanya bed sheet. Kamar mandi kecil. Contact receptionis susah dihubungin.
