Petugas memberikan kamar yg tdk sesuai tipe yg dipesan pd deskripsi tiket.com yg dipilih tamu dg alasan random kata petugas CSnya petunjuk dari Ownernya...ini fatal membuat siapapun tamunya mrsa kecewa... Pada deskripsi tiket.com tdk ditampilkan tipe kamar standrt biasa spt foto yg ada di lampiran pendukung...bangunan reddorz jd 1 dg kosan. Gedung atas reddorz gedung bawah kosan.. Handuk kumel sdh kecoklatan hrs diganti...sprei dan bedcover kotor ada bercak noda, sobek dan warna kecoklatan... Kamar Mandi Kotor, Kloset KM tdk berfungsi dg baik air kloset mengalir terus....air shower kecil ... Fasilitas yg ada di deskripsi tiket.com spt fiktif..spt( tdk ada tisu, air mineral botol) Makanan nasi box standart.. Petugas CSnya ramah dan Petugas Satpamnya jg ramah... Reddorz masih dalam tahap renovasi sebagian ( blm selesai)

Pertama kali udah bad first impression. Saya pesan kamar sesuai OTA seharga ±Rp96.000, begitu sampai yang berjaga di receptionist bilang "Ada kebijakan baru dari ownernya, jadi harganya beda, mbaknya kemarin bayarnya 96rb ya, kurangnya 33.750. Kalau mbaknya gamau bisa di cancel aja, kata ownernya kalau gamau sama harganya jangan diterima". Jadi ini gimana maksudnya? Serakah apa lupa ganti harga sih? Krn saya malas untuk cari penginapan lain, saya terpaksa acc nginap disini dengan "kebijakan barunya" itu dengan harga total Rp130.000 per malam. Sampai di kamar, pintu kamar mandi engselnya nyangkut jadi ga bisa nutup rapat pintunya, ga dikasi toileties kayak sikat gigi & odol, shampoo dan sabun udah nempel di kamar mandi, air panas hari pertama mati & baru nyala di hari kedua. Lantainya kotor kayaknya yang nyapu ga niat. Lemarinya kotor parah banyak debu, ada sarang laba-laba + hewannya, ada pecahan cermin di dalam lemari astagfirllohh. Terus ini kamarnya semi alam apa gimana ya? Masak di dalam kamar ada tanaman liar?!?! Katanya bebas asap rokok tapi ada sampah putung rokok dan disediakan asbak! Jendelanya semutan parahh di semua sudut, itu yang difoto kalau waktu ada matahari ga keluar semua, kalau pas malam langsung deh aktif banget semut hitamnya keluar semua! Di meja kerjanya juga ada semut kecil-kecil kadi ga bisa naruh makanan lama di kamar. TVnya lumayan burekk, tapi gapapa lah masih bisa liat 1-2 channel yang agak bagusan dikit. Mana waktu saya CI, yang jaga di receptionist agak kurang ramah, ngomongnya terbata-bata, menurut saya kurang etika! Bikin saya emosi di hari pertama! Banyak kamar yang lebih bagus dan pelayanan lebih baik dengan harga sama di tempat lain! Tempat ini cuma menang pemandangan langit yang bagus, padahal huniannya belum jadi! Sayang sekali hanya boleh unggah 8 foto, masih ada banyak foto bukti yang harusnya bisa saya unggah. POKOKNYA JANGAN NGINAP DISINI! SANGAT TIDAK REKOMEN!!!Popular Facilities
