Kecewa pake buangeeett Booking lewat tiket.com utk tgl 4-5 Juli, namun saat check in malah kamar sudah full. Auto cek e-tiket tiba" tgl pemesanannya berubah jd tgl 3-4 Juli. Pihak admin hotel tdk mau tanggung jawab dg alasan mereka kerja & melayani sesuai aplikasi Reddorz. Ketika saya telp Reddorz pusat & menyampaikan aduan, malah telp saya berkali" diputus secara sepihak sebelum menjelaskan secara detail. Kecewaaaa beraaatt. Ternyata saya bukan org pertama, sudah ada 3 rombongan lain sebelum saya dtg dg kasus yg sama. Kira" ini penipuan gak sih. Karena Dana kita jelas" gak bisa balik lho. Tolong donk, lbh profesional lg. Berapa konsumen yg sudah dirugikan.
