Hotel yang sudah usang alias jadul, untuk lokasinya bagus karena termasuk di tengah kota. Televisi dan AC mungkin sudah ada sejak zaman penjajahan, asli jadul banget, mana gak hidup juga siaran tv-nya, untungnya AC masih dingin lah.
