Reddoorz ini sangat buruk sekali ya, sangat tidak bertanggung jawab, karena saya diberi kamar yang tidak sesuai dengan yg dipesan dengan alasan tidak ada pemberitahuan dari pihak ticket.com nya jadi kamarnya terlanjur penuh. Saya diberi kamar yang jauh dari lokasi sesuai dengan di foto namanya indah kost. Saya mengajukan refund dan minta pertanggung jawaban dari pihak ticket.com nya hingga bbrp hari jg masih belum diproses, hanya minta maaf saja dri pihak ticketnya. Memang uangnya ga seberapa tp rasa tanggung jawabnya yg gada sm sekali dri pihak reddoorz, reddoorz syari’ah katanya, tp gada adab sm sekali saat di tanya diprotes gada tanggapan, no hp jg tidak dicantumin sm sekali di aplikasi ataupun di google sehingga sulit sekali utk mencari maupun kontak langsungnya jika memang penuh harusnya ada notif di aplikasi ataupun konfirmasi by telfon. Dan mungkin ya ini reddoorz juga sering kerjasama dengan pakang2 yang ada di video2 sosmed yg kamarnya hanya boleh di booking jika memesan lewat pakangnya tsb padahal mungkin kamar tsb masih banyak yg ready. Saya sangat merasa ditipu. Lain kali jangan sampe lah ya orang lain tertipu sm seperti saya. Dan harusnya pihak ticket.com juga harus memberi kebijakan yg benar atas permasalahan ini.Popular Facilities
