We are right inside Rinjani Geopark in Rinjani Trekking Trail. Can start walking from Rinjani Garden when you have finished your registration. The location is close (around 5 to 10-minute walk) to Taman National Gunung Rinjani office/ ticketing office and clinic where you have to check your health before you start your climb to Rinjani.

When you go outside to the yard, you can see Rinjani and the hills around us. In the evening you can switch off the light to enjoy night sky with sparkling stars. Or, just chill out in our sitting area having a good time to experience cool Sembalun evening.

Eventhough it is rare, we had experience almost zero celcius in July to August. Common evening temperature is between 13 to 17 degree celcius. Remember to pack light jacket.

Most of our guests are trekkers who climb Rinjani the next day. Some of guests come just to sit ousite enjoying the view especially in the morning and late afternoon. Some other guests spend the evening camping and barbeque. We have regular guests also who do sports or research they stay a week even months.

Rinjani Garden and Lembah Rinjani Villa & Resto are located next to each other. The two make a big space. Thus we often host friends, families and companies gathering up to 200 people.

Best time to enjoy the lodge is early moring and late afternoon when nature shows its best look.

Sembalun is a huge resort, go exploring: mountain, hills, water falls, flower gardens, strawberry fields. Even walking is refreshing here in Sembalun. Need more than a week to enjoy them all. When in doubt, ask your Google map where to go. Or just ask us, we are ready to help.
