Penginapan ada 2 tipe, 1 tipe model rumah panggung ada 2 unit cocok buat rame²an. 1 tipe model kamar pada umumnya. Cocok buat kegiatan Family Gathering, karena ada lapangan luas dikelilingi pohon dan perkebunan, tidak berbatasan langsung dengan rumah warga, lingkungan strategis di dekat Seskoau, tiap minggu pagi ada pasar kaget persis di depan pagar pintu keluar. Suasana pagi sampai siang masih sejuk dan dingin, kisaran 12-16 derajat, beda dengan kondisi di luar area penginapan, karena ini masih banyak pepohonan. Pemilik dan Pengelola sangat responsif ketika mendapatkan laporan dari penghuni, misal: ada ular kecil di kamar mandi, pengelola gercep mengamankan. Water heater bermasalah air panas tidak keluar, pengelola langsung mendatangkan teknisi. Request sarapan lebih pagi, si nenek gercep juga menyiapkan makanan sarapan. Sangat worth it dengan harga terjangkau. Kekurangannya mungkin tidak cocok untuk yg penakut dan jika menginap sendirian, karena suasana malamnya memang rada² spooky. Makanan bukan tipe prasmanan, jadi jangan harap dengan harga segitu dapat model buffet. Walaupun areanya luas, tapi belum ada area parkir mobil yang proper, jadi seadanya aja parkir, kalau penghuninya gak jelas dan banyak bs dimungkinkan bisa jadi chaos.
