Overall bagus, cozy, bersih, rapi, parkir luas, resepsionis ramah dan cepat, namun ada beberapa kekurangan seperti water heater cuma panas diawal, kamar tidak kedap suara sehingga suara dari luar sangat terdengar, hotel identik dengan privasi sayangnya lobby hotel menyatu dengan cafe sehingga mungkin bagi beberapa orang tidak terlalu nyaman apabila check in dilihat banyak orang yg ada di cafe (saran lobby jgn nyatu dengan cafe/dipisah). Selain itu semuanya perfect, rekomen jika disini pilih lantai atas aja karena lantai dasar agak berisik karena nyatu dengan cafe. Semoga fasilitas dan pelayanannya tetap konsistenPopular Facilities
