Pelayanan saat akan cek in kurang ramah di receptionistnya, kamar lumayan, frontdesknya bener bener bikin males. Bahkan saat ada cust lain datang dan menyampaikan bahwa dia pesan ektra bed saja, dia malah kurang responsif padahal cust tersebut sudah booking pagi hari, malah dia bilang, ga ada komunikasi dari shift sebelumnya. Lah itu kan kesalahan di mereka bukan di custumer. Tapi pelayanan saat cek out petugasnya sangat ramah. Mungkin hanya satu saja pegawai yang ga ramah ya, semoga.
