I describe this housestay as rustic. It was a gorgeous place to relax and enjoy living alone. Running water, air conditioning, scooter rentals, and easy access to drinking water at a very affordable price at the restaurant next door were all very friendly. If you are not someone who feels comfortable with insects, this is not the place for you.

It has a lovely outlook and is directly on the beach. Restaurants are all within walking distance. It is suggested that you walk on the beach as the narrow streets and driving style there can be dangerous. All the eateries have beach access. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, hot water pressure will fluctuate frequently, and t. I. The bathrooms vents are poorly ventilated, and I believe the odor is caused by drain fumes. There isn't a refrigerator in the room either. The staff was incredibly pleasant and set up a snorkeling excursion for us. They have their own business boat, which is new and delightful, but it wasn't accessible the day we wanted to go, so they arranged it with another captain. If desired, they also provide scooter rentals. A reef about 100 yards offshore is in front. Low tide is easy to see and you can walk out to it. Just on the opposite side, it drops a little deeper to nice coral and fish. Be cautious because there is a very strong current that spills toward the west. Stay close to the reef or walk up the beach a short distance and do a drift dive. Most boats remain outside the reef as it is shallow and has many wooden posts left behind from what I believe were fish farms once. But if snorkeling outside, be careful of boat traffic.
