The staff is friendly, the facilities are complete, the view from the restaurant and bar is amazing, the location is quite far from the beach but there are free bike facilities, the best choice for staying at gili air.

Menurut kami, Gili Air adalah yang paling indah dan paling tenang dari ketiga pulau Gili. Scallywags Mambo Resort dan Beach Club adalah tempat yang bagus dengan staf yang sangat ramah. Tempat tidur di pantai ideal dan makanan (barbekyu) lezat. Jika Anda berlibur ke Bali, ada baiknya menghabiskan beberapa hari di sini!

The rooms are exactly what you expect, with a real shower with pressure and nonsalted water and a nice pool. The location is quite far from the beach, compared to others, but there is a nice indonesian food place called rubys cafe next door, so its ok.

Kamarnya besar dengan tempat duduk pribadi dan taman yang menawarkan privasi. Kolam renangnya bagus. Staf tidak sering berada di hotel, jadi saat check-in, menangani masalah kamar bisa menjadi sulit tetapi bukan masalah besar. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi.

I recommend checking out scalelywag divers as well while youre there. The staff was fantastic, from the manager who greeted us to the guys serving breakfast and drinks on the beach, very attentive and fast. Breakfast is served right on the beach which i really enjoyed, you have to walk a few minutes to get there though as mentioned in other reviews, but i dont understand why people complain about having breakfast with your feet in the sand and the view of the ocean! The room is not that big, but it was big enough for the two of us, equipped with a minibar and a safe. The bathroom was half the size of the room and also had desalinated water which is really hard to find on the gillis! An additional perk - guests staying at mango can use the beach chairs for free and pay by card at no extra charge.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Amazing location with incredibly friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible experience. The rooms are exquisitely clean and feature a small private garden in front of each one. The pool is delightful, but due to the limited number of rooms, it tends to be empty most of the time. The breakfast buffet provided at the Scallywags beach club on the beach, which is about a 7minute walk away, also provided guests with complimentary sun loungers.
